kint at Ukrainian Design and Innovation Week

Undoubtedly, one of the most vibrant design events of the spring for kint was Ukrainian Design and Innovation Week. During this event, the team presented their new products: the sigga collection of upholstered furniture and the paper series of coffee tables.

Over 5000! That's how many visitors attended the first Design Market, which took place on April 6 at Kyiv's "Mystetskyi Arsenal." The event, held as part of the multidisciplinary platform Ukrainian Design and Innovation Week, showcased the exhibitions of more than 100 participants from the Ukrainian design community, among whom kint held an honorable place.

It was at the market that the official Ukrainian release of the sigga furniture collection by Ukrainian designer and kint's creative director, Max Voytenko, took place in front of a broad audience.

The trendy, minimalist sigga collection was represented at the stand by the m1 armchair and two sofas, m2 and m5, which underwent a significant test drive throughout the day. Our lounge area became a real networking spot, where visitors, designers, and the kint team could converse in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We can say that the test drive was a success! 😊

As for the paper coffee tables, they were first announced back in January at Maison&Objet 2024 as part of the collective stand of Ukrainian Design Brands. Ukrainian users were able to see the development firsthand at kint's stand during Ukrainian Design and Innovation Week. Created by Ukrainian product designer Dmytro Kozinenko, the concise paper m and paper s tables attracted a lot of attention, and we are confident that they won even more hearts!

We are extremely grateful to the organizers, visitors, colleagues, and friends for their support and development of contemporary Ukrainian design, and especially for the incredible creative vibe at the location throughout the day. 😉
