On March 20-23, Kyiv hosted a unique exhibition Archive Fabric & Wallpapers created by The O brand in collaboration with the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater. The new collection of fabrics and wallpapers, designed by the brand's founder Yevhen Lytvynenko, showcases archival sketches by renowned artists created during the golden age of Ukrainian avant-garde and modernism. Among them are such prominent figures as Kazimir Malevich, Alexandra Exter, Sonia Delaunay, Vasyl Krychevsky, Heorhiy Narbut, Borys Kosarev, Oleksandr Sayenko, and Serhii Kolos.

From Malevich's geometric forms and abstract compositions to Sonia Delaunay’s vibrant colors and shapes, each detail in this collection not only tells a story but also becomes part of a new artistic expression.
The exhibition, held in the historic hall of the Ivan Franko Theater, featured modern furniture by Ukrainian designers made in fabrics with unique prints that reflect the distinctive elements and style of each artist.
The kint brand, namely our bestselling puffa system, was honored to present textiles inspired by the sketches of the famous Ukrainian artist Heorhiy Narbut. Reflecting elements of Ukrainian modernism and folk symbols, this print on the minimalist forms of the puffa bench brings the atmosphere of the past into a modern context.
“This collection is more than just fabrics and wallpapers. It is a fusion of theatrical aesthetics and visual searches that have been passed down through the decades and are now coming to life in a new breath,” — Yevhen Lytvynenko.
